A warranty only matters if it contains clear terms. We do not promise vague things like “you’ll be satisfied.” Instead, we clearly explain what we take responsibility for — and what we do not. This way, there are no unpleasant surprises for either you or us.

Workmanship Warranty
12 months

We provide a 12-month warranty on all completed work. If something does not function properly due to an installation or repair error on our part, we will return and fix it — naturally at no extra cost.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
max. 12 months

The locks and cylinders we install are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the product type, for up to 12 months. If a component has a manufacturing defect, we will handle the replacement for you — there is no need for you to deal with the manufacturer yourself.

Immediate Complaint Handling
Even on the same day

If something is not right, call us — we handle complaints immediately. If the issue affects the security of the door, we will come out the same day.

FAQ – Warranty

What does the warranty cover?

It covers all completed work — including installation, repairs, and adjustments. If something does not work properly within the 12-month period due to our workmanship, we will return and fix it free of charge.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, mechanical damage — for example if the door is slammed heavily or the lock is regularly forced — or any malfunction clearly unrelated to our work. If such a situation occurs, we will discuss it with you on-site.

Why don’t we install cheap Chinese lock cylinders?

Because in reality, the warranties on these products are often difficult or impossible to enforce. That is why we only install components we are confident enough to stand behind and for which we can genuinely provide warranty coverage.

What about the manufacturer’s warranty for the installed lock?

The branded locks and cylinders we install are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for up to 12 months, depending on the product type. If the component has a manufacturing defect, we handle the replacement ourselves — you do not need to spend time contacting the manufacturer. That is our job.

What should I do if something is not right?

Call the phone number listed on the website. If the issue affects the security of the door — for example if it no longer locks properly or has been damaged — we will come out the same day.
